I believe that therapy is incredibly helpful for everyone—whether you’re looking to unravel your perfectionism, improve communication skills, or face unexpected life changes, anxiety, or depression. Are you experiencing anxiety, depression or feeling overwhelmed? Many people seek therapy when in crisis but I believe most people could benefit from ongoing self exploration and personal growth.

In my opinion evolution happens more often when you’re not in crisis, but grounded and able to really look at yourself and the world around you.

Consistently Making Space For You

In order to do this work you must find a space that is just for you. Making time for yourself every week where you get to slow down, reflect and set intentions for how you move forward in the world with a therapist will help you experience all the ups and downs of life and cope with them in a psychologically and emotionally healthy way.

I understand the therapeutic process can feel intense and even awkward at times. I will provide support as you move through these obstacles, accessing a greater depth and truth.

I’m gentle in my approach and direct. I often use humor and am good at meeting people where they are at emotionally. I can sit with difficult feelings. I’m calm, open-minded, and collaborative. Therapy is not a place for judgment—I may invite your inner critics out to play so we can explore with curiosity.
